Head of Division - Marketing - Hamburg - up to €200k (depending on experience).
One of our best International clients, based in Hamburg is looking for a Head of Division for their Marketing team. It is a fantastic role for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about Marketing and Digital Strategy & has excellent leadership.
You will be responsible for guiding their Marketing Division to success and empowering the team, leading from the front.
Tasks:
- Defining the marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with DACH regional leadership team and leading the delivery of strategic and operational goals in Product Development, Digital and Acquisition activity and Customer Relationship Management.
- Leading a team to develop and execute integrated and innovative marketing and communications programmes across all platforms, whilst working closely with Euler Hermes team leaders.
- Driving the implementation of new ways to connect with our customers and prospects to continuously improve the development of all relationships.
- Ensuring the alignment between the local commercial strategies and the marketing action plans to deliver the required performance to budget, for "customer initiatives" and "sales initiatives".
- Managing lead generation programs in order to meet the commercial budget.
- Driving product, service and proposition development to meet commercial targets. (Digital & Traditional)
- Developing and managing customer relationship management communications programmes and gaining feedback through research and analytics to develop change and maximise customer satisfaction and delight.
- Contributing and steering the development of sales guidelines and sales management.
- Facilitating change in the Region in coordination with Group Market Management teams.
- Providing regular reporting to key stakeholders including Group Market Management.
Requirements / Skills / Experience
- University degree with a focus on marketing.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing, of which 3 years in a management position.
- Experience in B2B including lead generation, market planning, CRM and product & services development.
- Digital marketing expertise
- Proven track record of leading teams.
- Ability to translate learning into action rapidly with strong sense of initiative.
- High functioning proactive individual, effectively prioritising multiple demands on their time.
- Experience at monitoring & analysing KPI's of the different activities, and setting concrete action plans.
- Ability to produce clear & concise presentations and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills & strategic thinker.
- Ideally you have experience with Salesforce.com, social media tools and other marketing technologies.
- You are analytical and solution orientated, but yet creative .
- You empower your team and lead by example.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
